Day 12: This Night

Tonight was "This Night" at my church. It's an event for the ladies where we decorate a table, eat a nice meal and hear a speaker. I partnered with my friend Missi (on the left) to decorate a table. The guest speaker spoke about a horrible car accident she was involved in last year and described her recovery from the injuries. Her main message was, "God is in the details of our lives." Her story was full of what some might call coincidences but Believers recognize as God's hand at work. It reminded me of similar stories from my own life, times that seemed like "luck" or "fate" to outsiders but to me were just more examples of the kind of miracles God performs in my life every single day. Most of the time I just don't notice them, but when I do tune in.... Wow!
